High concentration may cause asphyxiation; low toxicity.

Methane is the simplest alkane, which is the major component of natural gas, biogas and coal bed gas. It is industrially produced by cryogenic separation of natural gas and purification of syngas.

Industrial Grade: Purity ≥ 99.9%, mainly used as fuel and general chemical synthesis raw material.
High Purity Grade: Purity ≥ 99.99%, applied for standard gas preparation and catalyst evaluation.
Electronic Grade: Purity ≥ 99.999%, used for semiconductor manufacturing and CVD process.
