Special Measures: Cool tanks with water spray to prevent explosion.
4. Health Protection
Inhalation Risk: Causes dizziness/asphyxiation; use respirators in confined spaces.
First Aid: Move to fresh air; administer oxygen if breathing is difficult.
5. Transport Compliance
Labeling: "Flammable Gas 2.1" + UN1077.
Regulations: Follow IMDG (sea), IATA (air), and ADR (road) rules.
6. Prohibited Actions
