A domestic enterprise has independently developed a novel material: a 6–10 PPI (pores per inch) extra-coarse-pore ceramic filtration sponge. Utilizing this sponge structure as a substrate, the resulting ceramic filtration "sponge" exhibits heat resistance up to 1300°C. The product's price is significantly lower than that of comparable imported products.
The foaming process employs a world-leading continuous high-pressure polyester foaming machine. The foaming zone features precise temperature control, and within the vast workshop, 120-meter-long foam blocks undergo fully automated storage and continuous processing, thereby minimizing material waste.
Application Fields for Polyurethane Products:
Ceiling Polyester Sponges: Exhibits strong bonding affinity when laminated with fabrics; features excellent abrasion resistance, chemical resistance, high-temperature stability, and tensile strength.
Facial Cleansing Sponges: Highly absorbent, easy to handle and clean; offers a comfortable tactile feel and is non-irritating, safe, and harmless.
Medical Sponge Collars: Medium-firmness sponge with excellent resilience; non-irritating and hypoallergenic.
Colored Office Ink Pads: Features uniform pore distribution and a fine texture; demonstrates excellent compatibility with ink.
Ceramic Filtration Sponges: Characterized by uniform pore size and a fully open-cell structure; the sponge substrate exhibits excellent resilience.
High-Density, Abrasion-Resistant Cleaning Sponges: Offers superior stain-removal power and enhanced durability; highly absorbent, composed of polyester fibers, and features a stable structure that resists deformation.
