Electronic grade isopentane is an ultra-high purity organic solvent designed for semiconductor, LCD panel and precision electronic cleaning processes. Through molecular sieve adsorption + deep distillation purification, the content of key impurities (metal ions, moisture, sulfide) is extremely low, meeting the Class 1000 clean room use standards.
