Strictly control the ratio and injection volume of the concentrate.

The ratio of black component, polyether, and cyclopentane must be strictly controlled. With a constant total injection volume, an excessively high proportion of black component will result in cavitation, an excessively high proportion of white component will result in soft foam, and an excessively high proportion of cyclopentane will result in bloated foam; a too low proportion will also result in cavitation. An imbalance in the black and white component ratio will lead to uneven mixing and foam shrinkage.

The injection volume should be based on the process requirements. Injection volumes lower than the required process volume will result in low foam molding density, low strength, and even incomplete filling and cavitation. Injection volumes higher than the required process volume will result in bloated and leaking foam, and deformation of the housing (door).
