1. Storage & Handling

2. Personal Protection (PPE)

3. Leak & Spill Response
Immediate Action:
Evacuate → Eliminate ignition sources → Contain with inert absorbents (sand, vermiculite).
Never use water (spreads flammable vapors).

4. Fire Safety
Extinguishers: CO₂, dry chemical, or foam (Class B fires).

Vapors are heavier than air – accumulate near floors.
Explosive range: 1.2–7.7% in air.
5. Health Hazards
Neurotoxin: Prolonged inhalation causes nerve damage (OSHA PEL: 50 ppm).
